April Brimmer Krunz earned her law degree from the University of Wyoming in 1979.  She currently practices law in Cheyenne, Wyoming.  She served as a Wyoming state representative from 1985 to 1992 and as a state senator from 1992 to 2004, including service as the state senate's first woman elected president.
